2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is new Mercedes-Benz vehicle that can transformed from roadster into a coupe with a fixed roof at the touch of a button and vice versa. 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class keeps its classic roadster proportions, but features a totally new design that resembles the legendary 190 SL from the 1950s. 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is proud to present the world premiere of the panoramic vario-roof with MAGIC SKY CONTROL, which can switches to light or dark at the touch of a button.

A long and well-proportioned hood with light-catching contours, wide headlamps is the first time boast all-LED technology and upright radiator grille with contoured chromed fin.
For the first time Mercedes-Benz is offering a choice of three variants of the lightweight-construction vario-roof for the new 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class.

    The base version is a roof  painted same colour with the vehicle.
    The second version there is the option of a panoramic vario-roof with dark-tinted windows.
    The third version is a world premiere – the panoramic vario-roof with MAGIC SKY CONTROL. MAGIC SKY CONTROL is new technology glass roof wich can switches to light or dark as you wish at the press of a button.

The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class‘s interior is characterised by stylish sportiness and high-quality, authentic materials which have been processed with perfect precision and skilled craftsmanship. Even in the base version of 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class the centre console and other trim parts gleam in brushed aluminium and  wood can be selected as an option in high-gloss dark brown walnut or high-gloss black ash.

The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class available in 3 models in its first year. The first model is a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK350 powered by a 3,5 liter V6 direct injected engine that delivers 302 HP. The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK350 will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 5,4 seconds, and has top speed of 155 mph. The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK350 has a fuel consumption of 7.1 liters (NEDC, combined) over 100 kilometers (167 g of CO2 per kilometer). Its most important hallmarks in the V6 engine are its 3rd-generation direct injection, piezo injectors and multi-spark ignition.

The second model is a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK250 powered by a 1,8 four-cylinder engine that delivers a total of 201 mph. This engine will be mated to a 7G-TRONIC PLUS automatic transmission and and delivers an estimated fuel economy of 27 mpg (combined). 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK250 sprints from 0 to 60 mph in 6,5 seconds, and has a top speed of 155 mph.

The second model is a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY, the most economical roadster in its segment. 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY is powered by the same 1,8 liter four-cylinder engine as the SLK250, but only delivers 184 HP. 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY equipped with optional 7G?TRONIC PLUS and it consumes just 6.1 liters of premium petrol (NEDC, combined) over 100 kilometers (that corresponds to 142 g of CO2 per kilometer). The 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 BlueEFFICIENCY sprint from 0 to 60 mph is made in 7.0 seconds, and has a top speed of 149 mph.
